Notebleu partnered with RMI Expeditions to update their website and showcase the adventures they offer. From UX and persona creation to full site implementation and CMS design Notebleu worked with RMI Expeditions to make a seamless multi device experience.
When someone chooses a mountain expedition company they stay with that company for a very long time. They form a relationship based on trust and respect; they become a second family. Since 1969, RMI Expeditions has been providing people with safe, successful mountain adventures to all seven continents with some of the most talented guides working today.
Looking at RMI Expeditions analytics we discovered that people were using the site as a way to daydream, to get inspired, and to prepare for their trip. In order to add value for the diverse user base, Notebleu suggested a twofold approach to RMI Expedition’s online brochures. Firstly, to use rich, full screen photography and trip highlights to entice the casual browser. Secondly, to include in depth information, like climb qualifications and equipment requirements, to help return users prepare. Notebleu also built a bespoke Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for RMI Expeditions to manage the relationship with their clients from first visit to seventh summit.
